Nursing staff
The nursing staff of the ANASSA Dialysis Center is experienced, trained and willing to explain to each patient all the procedures that take place in the Center, having full theoretical, practical and scientific competence in the subject. The basic tasks of the nursing staff include

The overall actions required for the dialysis procedure (preparation of machines, checking their correct operation, care of the vascular access, connecting the patient to the machine)
02.
Thorough monitoring of patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature)
03.
Constant monitoring of the patient’s clinical picture during the treatment in order to intervene immediately if necessary in case of any problem that may occur during the hemodialysis session
04.
Carrying out the procedures for ending the hemodialysis and checking the outcome of the procedure
Basic parameters of the duties of the nursing staff of the Dialysis Center are the correct psychological approach of the patients through dialogue and personal contact based on the personal characteristics and peculiarities of each patient and the individualized care according to the treatment plan and the instructions of the attending nephrologist.
The main objective of both nurses and all ANASSA’s Health Professionals is their professional and scientific competence with a human face and care, in order to ensure in every case the correct dialysis procedure in safety, in a civilized and warm environment.
